MPCMA welcomes you to attend our education and business meetings!  

 

Marion-Polk Chapter of Medical Assistants meets once every 3 months, or quarterly.  We offer education which provides 3 to 4 hours of CEU credits that are approved by AAMA for our needed continuing education.  The topics are a mix of Clinical, General and Administrative so the required credits can be obtained.  Our business meetings follow the education.  

 

Our meetings are usually held at Salem Hospital in the CHEC (Community Health Education Center), but we have also had onsite tours and have utilized other facilities for meetings, including Santiam Hospital. We attempt to have a variety of topics so all can glean interesting and helpful education.

 

There is never a charge to attend the education and all are welcome to attendthe business meeting.  There is a small charge for those wishing to earn CEUs that are not currently AAMA members.  Information will be available at the meetings for those interested in becoming a member.   All are encouraged to come and enjoy the education and networking that is possible at these meetings.
