9:00 - 10:30 am - The MA Detective: Recognizing Red Flags Before They Become Emergencies 1.5 hours

 

10:30 - Noon - The Difficult Patient Playbook: Communication, Boundaries & De-escalation 1.5 hours 

 

Noon - 12:30 pm - OSMA Provided Lunch with Each Registration

 

12:30 - 2:00 pm - Protecting the Patient, the Practice & Yourself: MA Legal and Ethical Challenges 1.5 hours
