We are excited to invite you to our upcoming OSMA Fall Quarterly Education event—an opportunity to invest in your professional growth and connect with colleagues who share your commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Continuing education is more than just earning CEUs. It is a chance to expand your knowledge, refresh your skills, and stay aligned with the evolving needs of patients and the healthcare system. By taking time for professional development, medical assistants strengthen not only their own careers but also the quality of care and support they provide in every setting.

This Fall Quarterly aligns with National Mental Health Awareness Month, and we are proud to welcome two engaging speakers who will address timely and empowering topics:

8:30 am - Conquer Imposter Syndrome | Emily Keane, Sr. HR Generalist, Moda Health
Join us in learning how we can wade through self-doubt despite being a high-performing individual, and some tools to help combat those feelings in ourselves and others. This class is for: Everyone! Whether you are in a new position, a leader in your team looking to grow those around you, a parent, a mentor, or a student, we hope to have something for everyone.
CEUs: 2

10:30 am - Support is a Shared Skill | Alyse Diamond CMA (AAMA)
How can we support ourselves, and learn what that looks like for each of us individually? We will work on building a toolkit that allows everyone to think about how to strengthen support in their lives and set some goals with their new methods of supporting themselves through self-care and creating support networks in their personal and professional lives.
CEUs: 1.5
